Fished yesterday afternoon/evening. It was partly cloudy, air temps in the 70’s, water was 73-74. A couple days past the cold front I didn’t expect much. I ended up catching about 15 smaller 1-2 pound fish on the Burner Worm fished against the Kissimmee grass. I did get one nice one. These fish are usually schooled up this time of year, but I haven’t seen any schooling activity since the hurricane came through a couple weeks ago.

Brush Piles
Fished the afternoon, it was sunny and hot. Water temps are in the mid-upper 80’s. I caught fish on a Texas rigged watermelon red speedworm with a pegged 1/8 oz weight fished tight against the Kissimmee grass anywhere there was a little cut or pocket. The better fish of the day came off of several different brush piles on the south end of the lake. For those I was fishing a 1/4 oz Shakey head with a Zoom Trick Worm.
