Walleyes have been active in the main basins. I have been trolling with lead core line using Rapala's and had a fair amount of success. Time of day does not seem to matter.

Chatterbaits and swim jigs in lighter colors were key to getting bit opener weekend with the larger fish seeming to target the slower action of the swim jig. A paddletail trailer was key.
