Bass were shallow in laydowns tight to cover. After 2.5 inches of rain the lake was very dirty. Bass were tight to shore around laydowns. 5 inch senko was to big went to the 4 inch in regular and fat game on. Texas rigged as well as wacky hooked. Daiwa Elite reel and Daiwa XT rod were the ticket to get the job done.

Caught a few 19"+ throwing spinnerbaits shallow 6 FOW or less. The big one came on TX rig in about 12 FOW with light submerged vegetation.
