Bass are starting to really getting into the transition stage right now but using the Omnia pro app contours and wind direction will help put ya on them 👍🤙 A lot of solid bites came on a spinner bait around the Rip Rap near lake point. However using a black and blue jig near lay downs in Cowikee creek also produce some really good bites. Good luck and tight lines! 👍🤙

Great day fishing at Eufaula Alabama today. A lot of bites were produced using a football jog around lay downs as well as a 7.5 inch worm around lay downs and grass lines.

Dead calm conditions had bass positioned in the brush. The only way we could get them to eat was dragging a jig. Fish were on isolated brush and not the thick stuff out deep.

Bass were positioned on wind blow points. Never got a big bite but you could run a crankbait right in them and they would eat.

Fishing the Lunkers end of Year Championship Tournament. Good bite on the Hybrid Hunter in the sweet shad color around boat docks. Hit the boat docks in Pataula Creek arm and ran the Hybid Hunter around the edges of the floating boat docks and around the front of fishing docks. Caught several nice ones including one over 4lbs.

Eufaula has still been producing good bass around boat docks and brush piles. Using a 7.5” worm I various colors with a “un pegged” 3/16 ounce weight had produced the best bites. A spinner bait and walking bait has also produced good fish!

Water temps are beginning to fall into the low 70's and the largemouth are starting to move shallow chasing shad and bluegill. Bass can be found at various depth this time of year, however many trophy fish can be found in shallow grass matts. Be sure to cover lots of water because when you find one fish, there's often more with it. Flipping a big weight can be a very productive way to catch fish while most anglers are throwing fast moving shad imitations during the fall season.
