What a difference a week makes! The milfoil trawler cleared a lot on the east side and most of the bass are spawn/post spawn now. I didn't see any bass really shallow anymore(<0-2 ft), most were in the 4-8ft range. Bluegill look to be spawning and saw plenty of them bedding. Wacky rig was still the best thing with bright colors as the water is pretty stained. Using a Spike It pen to give your green pumpkin worms with a lot of chartreuse and scent seemed to be key.
