I threw topwater for a solid hour up on a shallow flat and nothing would hit. There is shad busting up everywhere but no bass seem to be coming up to eat. Got into a couple bites throwing a Berkley Frittside 7 Sexy Back color along rock piles, lay downs, and rip rap. Stay away from the 1' to 3' range. Did spot groups of shad suspending in 9' of water along rip rap and that is where my bites generated from.
