Lake Mackintosh is a great place to chase your PB. Largemouths are plentiful here. I usually have the best luck fishing points with a dropshot. The clear water allows vegetation to grow on the bottom of deeper areas leading to hot spots for bass. Set up your drop shot so the bait rides above the vegetation and drag it slowly. During early morning troll the shoreline with a Choppo for some great top water action. Also cranking works well here as long as you keep it out of the grass. Good luck this summer.

Toss a shakey head at the bank about a foot away from laydowns or rock piles. And drag it. The bass seemed to bite it about 4 ft from the bank.
