Tried the hover rig by core tackle with Z-man Trick Shot tied to 6 lb sunline sniper floro leader tied to Suffix 832 hi vis lime green braid. Had best success slowly working over windy points caught two over 15 1/2 had some success pitching around submerged timber but those four were all smaller ones. The Z-man lasted the whole day for 6 catches .

I went to Nockamixon today for a few hours. I lost one fish fishing laydowns with a 1/4 ounce Texas rig worm. Shaker worm by rabid baits. it was a 2lb ish largemouth bass. The fish got wrapped around the wood. I was able to see it before the line broke from rubbing against the wood. I also caught a decent one flipping the edges of lily pads with a trick worm because I forgot to pack punching baits.
