The fish are moving up on beds but I think the best is still to come. Look for fish on nests around lay downs or other cover.

Busiest time on the lake, skiers and jet skis everywhere. Fishing shoreline and inlets that was stirred up from the boat traffic. Hottest time of the day!

The speed craw is great for bed fishing which is getting ready to break loose. There are fish on beds but it has been tough at times with cold fronts coming in. If that’s not happening the smallmouth have been biting as well. A ned rig has worked and a Jerkbait as well. Fishing the conditions is the most important thing because in Oklahoma in the spring you never know what weather you will get.
