We held our 2022 Xtreme Bass Series Championship at Lake Okeechobee Nov 4th and 5th. Many teams reported catching fish throwing spinnerbaits and flipping creature baits in and around the grass. The winning team had a two day cumulative total of 40.19 pounds. They had the biggest bag of the event on day 1 with 25.22 pounds. They focused on flipping creature baits and throwing moving baits throughout the tournament. Big Bass of the event was right at 10.00 pounds and fell victim to a spinner bait. Florida in the fall still feels like summer, we were met with mid to upper 80 degree temps. Winds blew 15 mph on day 1 and laid low for day 2.

Due to the tropical storm ETA the water levels are at 16 feet bass are moving up early you will need to find clean water swim jigs, swiming worms, spinner baits are working. flipping is an option and in most cases is the # 1 choice but due to the high water levels other methods are working
