First time ever up here, still figuring things out but this color was a huge hit.

The air temps were in the low 70s and winds were at about 7mph when we started landing bites in around 14-16FOW along weedlines. You could vary the retrieve from slow to fast, but it didn’t matter…the bite was on! There were multiple 5lbers caught on the Keitech FAT Swing Impact swimbaits. Ironically, I was even catching largemouth on them - they are truly magic!

Early morning about 10-12ft with vegetation coming up to 6-7ft deep. Glide cranks right over and bass can't resist. Steady retrieve and nothing too fancy.
