Panfish / BluegillTechniqueIce Fishing JigsSeasonIceStructureSubmerged VegetationEarly ice is always the best fishing but this normally lasts all season, find the weed line and drill out a area between there and shore. Tip your jig with a waxy or a euro larva and drop it down to the bottom and bounce it a couple times, reel up a foot or two and start jigging slowly and keep your jig moving all the time so it doesn't start spinning. If you don't catch a fish in a minute or two move to another hole. Make sure you tie direct to the jig and have your jig horizontal before you sent it down the hole. Good Luck!

Largemouth BassTechniqueTexas Rigs (Worming)SeasonSummerStructureDocksI do not get to fish this lake as much I would like - but it can be a very fun lake if you hit it when there is not alot of recreational boaters on the lake. The ramp is small, and can be a pain in the butt, so attempt to arrive as early as possible rather then later in the morning/afternoon as the ramp will become crowded and problematic. This lake has some very big largemouth, and an abundance of smaller fish. The lake is very fishable and everything seems to go. Running spinnerbaits around the reed island or buoys is a great and easy tactic to try - but the docks on this lake can hold numbers and big ones if you take the time to figure out which docks are good, and which are a waste of time. Focus on using weightless stickbaits, ned rigs, flukes, and drop-shots around docks for the best success.

Largemouth BassTechniqueBladed JigsSeasonFallStructureSubmerged VegetationLake Sarah can be a great fishery in the late fall once the temps cool down and the recreational boaters and fair-weather fishermen have winterized their boats for the year. Try throwing a bladed jig around submerged grass. For best results, locate submerged vegetation near steep drop offs to find the bigger bites. Chartreuse-Sexy Shad was the favorite. but black/blue was a close second.
