TechniqueHard Topwater (Prop)SeasonFallStructureDocksWas out from 9am to about 1pm. Caught numerous mostly smaller largemouth. Earlier in the day, they were holding close to the docks and later further in between the docks. All fish caught on a whopper plopper 90.

TechniqueGrass JigsSeasonFallStructureSubmerged VegetationSome nice sized largemouth we're found flipping the shallow grass edges around and in between docks around the lake. Flipping the edges with a black and blue jig worked really well. The grass on this lake doesn't extend out very far, so fish were caught in like 4-5 foot of water. Some big fish were caught under docks with a wacky rig general. Fishing shallow grass around docks was way more productive than flipping pads or looking for fish deep (not much deep grass in this lake).

TechniqueNed RigsSeasonSummerStructureSubmerged VegetationWas out fishing in a derby on Lake Sarah (07/31). We found the water clarity right now is very low and the water is green. Most of the weedlines we found would only go out to the 4-6 ft of water. We caught most of our fish throwing Ned rigs along weedlines in 4-5 ft and also steeper banks off the weedlines we found some too. Found the best luck in the patchy weeds and didn’t find fish where there was a thicker solid weedline. Lake Sarah is a fun lake to fish, as we were able to get onto some nice fish throughout the day.
