Casting around a drop shot on weed edges on this lake and many others is killer technique! Especially during the post spawn time of year. Florida fish are very skittish and have pressure year round so throwing a drop shot is a great way to get them in the boat! I tie a 20ft floro leader to some high visible line so I can detect some of those lighter bites. :) Go and try it sometime next time your here in the Orlando area.
