Even with a substantial wind, keeping the jig light allowed us to work the bait through the weed edges and connect with some nice walleyes. The fish seemed to follow the bait almost to the boat at times.

Fun bite on Waconia now, all bass caught flipping a craw tube into 8-12 feet in the weeds. Tuesday night club had 5 bags over 15lbs.

Fish were on the edges of the big clumps of weeds and fired up during a mid day feed.
