Drop boat in at the East landing in the morning with all the other muskie fisherman in the fall. Head to the North side of the lake of the East side. Cast, cast and cast your Mepps Muskie Killer In-Line Spinner 3/4 oz (yes! 3/4 oz) Black/Chartreuse just above the submerged vegetation in 12 to 13 feet of water. Probably running the spinner 6ish ft below the water line. No need to break your back and arms with overly heavy and priced lures at this location. I catch multiple 45"+ muskies a morning out on the water in this location while other get skunked with their giant set ups.

Look for warm water and weeds in 2 to 8 feet of water. The bass come in early to warm up and feed before the spawn. I like to us baits that look like blue gills.
