Bass are starting to make their way out to towards summer areas but aren't all the way there yet. Fishing thicker weed clumps and weed edges, let the Cover Scat sink all the way to the bottom and twitch it along slowly. Only need to impart a small twitch with your rod tip to get some great action out of this bait!

This is my second tourney and caught some ok sizes. Biggest was only 2.99. Practically a 3.00 pounder. Most of the time we where out fishing the outside of the weed line, plus is was at least 10-15 mph winds we where also fishing and we catch them time to time bite was slow because of the wind. We fishing the eyes of the weed line and we’re catching 2ib maybe less and just punching through them.
