Reeling it at a moderate pace and bouncing off riprap got me 3 fish on it before the tail was ripped too much and it began to run untrue.

Water temps are high 50's to low 60's. Bass are in the creeks. Focus on laydowns and rock with your favorite soft plastics or jig.

Caught about 25 fish. Started with top water but failed to get a bite. Picked up a 1/2oz Spinnerbait and boated a limit quickly. Once the sun was up and high I went to flipping the lay downs on main lake flats close to deep water. This definitely Was key for boating bigger fish. Typically I would never flip a Shakey head but it seamed to be the bait they wanted. Ended up winning and missed big bass by 2ozs.
