Shad spawn at first light on bank and also had groups of shad offshore. As shad spawn tapered off switched to paddle tail fishing grass tight to shore. Used a combination of spinner bait shallow and jerk bait for offshore shad in 12 foot depth zone . Once sun comes up switched to fishing boat docks shaded edges with creature and stick baits.

had tournament today and caught em all on wave worms crawdad green pumpkin caught over 30 but struggled finding size our biggest went almost 4 lbs
