The Winterhaven chain has been fishing pretty well. The key seems to be to get into the clearer lakes like Summit, Winterset, and Roy. It seems like the fish are father along on these lakes and are about to / are on bed. It's time to get shallow and look for spawners. When your looking around you can still catch a lot of pre-spawn fish. Throwing a 4' Diezel minnow on a light jighead is an easy way to pick off cruisers and pre-spawn fish.
