I caught a lot of really good quality fish just skipping docks and pitching into some good looking grass clumps as well in between, I found that skipping the jig right in the center of the dock.. letting it sit for a couple seconds... shake it and move on was the most efficient way to fish. Also I would try to put a little Terminator JR walking frog under and around the docks and that would also get crushed too! This was an all day bite too, if the wind was blowing over 10/15 mph I’d fish offshore more so unless I was protected from the wind.
