Action was not hot and heavy. Caught just about everything before 10:00 a.m. Caught 2 really nice bass on the 6" magdraft. A fat 17" fish that weighed 3.4# and the pictured 20 incher that went 4-1/4. Had a few other nice fish follow to the boat but couldn't convert them to biters. Wore my Omnia Fishing Simms sunset most of the day, color kept me from getting too hot and is a comfortable shirt. I typically wear Huk shirts, but I might have to pick up another of these Omnia Simms shirts!

Water temp is up. Highest I can remember seeing it on this lake since I've started fishing it regularly. Another outing a bit slower than I'm used to here. Was a bit of junk fishing. Caught 4 "keeper" bass, one on a senko, one on a jerkbait, and 2 on the magdraft. Caught 3 ambitious crappie on the Stunna on the north east end of the lake. Biggest was about 12.5"! Need to get out of this funk and have a really good outing soon!
