Looked for submerged grass in 4-6 feet and got bit after ripping the Evo through the grass. Best one of the day went 20.5 inches and 4lbs 10oz

A nasty front came through the day I was out and that caused the fish to move out from the shallow cover and docks. Got some bites on wind blown points and underwater weed lines.

Spent the morning on Long Lake. Fish were found deep under docks and pontoons. Bites also came off sea walls under pontoons. Skipping a jig as deep under as possible was the ticket to putting fish in the boat.
