Great day with son, caught his first Northern. Lots of bluegill but not very active. my son’s first Northern on the hard water with a tip up.

Largemouth were feeding on small panfish during key bite windows during the day. Slow rolling a chatterbait was the best way to target them.

Plenty of fish sitting in a hole but no bites, saw a lot on the camera, nothing would bite. Weather is warming hopefully get the boat out soon.
