Only ended up catching one on the buzzbait in over an hour. Ended up trying varying techniques and baits up shallow but I eventually realized there weren't many fish shallow. Any weeds in over 10' of water was the ticket, not a ton of fish, but good quality.

The bass are feeding up after the spawn and were biting well. There were aggressive fish both shallow and deep. Almost all of my shallow fish were caught in the shade on the frog. A few were also caught on a swimbait and swim jig. The other half of the fish caught were in deeper weeds with a Texas rig. Water temp was 82-83, air temp was low 90s, little to no wind, clear skies.
