Lily Pads
Some good bites have been coming fishing frogs in the lily pads. The terminator walking frog is super easy to walk side to side and allows for a nice slow walking presentation through the pads. If you see the pads move or miss a fish you can flip a bait back in the pads to get them to bite. You need the right gear for this type of fishing. 50-65lb braid is important and a nice heavy action rod like the St. Croix Victory VTC74HF paired with a Daiwa tatula 150 is vital to getting the big ones out of heavy cover.
