The water below the Bellevue dam is dirty and very low. Stay in the main channel while traveling because there is very little clearance above the wing dams. Fish lay downs and rocky shorelines. The bass are hungry and hitting on many different presentations. Chatterbaits, Ned rigs, Texas rigs, wacky rigs, jigs, horny toads and buzzbaits have all been working around cover. Be sure to throw close to wood and you'll get bit. Black/Blue has been working in the dirty water.
