Caught a ton of fish. Once that bite slowed, I switched to fishing pad growth with a chatterbait and started smashing them again. There were some smallies on beds, but not too many. Only caught one off of a bed. Wish I could add more pictures!

We did catch a few of our nicest ones around docks on a jackhammer. The bite seemed to slow down in the “golden hour” as the wildfire haze rolled in and it started to cool off.
