The weather finally cleared up enough to get out and about. The fish felt the same way you couldn’t go wrong today the fish ate everything and anything you could throw at them. I found fish around 10 ft up to 3 ft lots of buck bass up shallow and their counterpart not far behind. These fish are just a few warm days from bedding up.

That time of the year you can run a trap all day and catch fish anywhere on the lake. The whole lake is done spawning now and a few fry guarders are in the coves. I found fish hopping a TN70 in 13 feet of water as well as throwing it in the shad balls (find the birds find the fish). When they stopped biting the trap i found a few better fish with a football jig in 15ft of water. o
