Threw the Strike King Hybrid Hunter Jr. in Phantom Perch on the Dobyns with an Ardent Vertex Contender. Shallow grass flat. 3-5ft of water with submerged grass. Kayak bass tournament. Ended up with 93.75 inch bag including the big bass for the tournament at 21.75 inches

A week of cool weather has cooled the water temperature to around 50 degrees. The fish have not moved up as far as they normally do this time of year. Most of the bass where still on the outside weed line in sparse and isolated clumps. With the cold weather a reaction bite was harder to come by and slower techniques like dropshot, ned, and weightless texas rigs proved best.
