When the wind would kick up for short bursts, the bite would die off. When the wind died back down, it picked right back up. Every bite was completely choked with the smaller fish having bulging bellies.

Fished a tournament with the club Saturday and had a tough day. It took all day with 20 minutes left to catch my 5th keeper which was caught on a Ned rig. The weather was cold rainy and windy with heavy chop on the lake up to 3 footers. My five only weighed 7lbs and some change which landed me in 8th place! Certainly not what I expected but is what it is. Hopefully will get em in the next one!
