Caught a dandy smallmouth, along with a bunch of nice green ones. Shallow water with little dips or channels nearby was the ticket. Also caught some smallies off of some chunk rock. Fun day!

Both the largemouth and the smallmouth are holding into any structure they can find. Rocks and wood especially. A blade bait or a spinnerbait are hard to beat this time of year.
