Fallen trees/brush is scarce but still holds fish. The docks and marinas are also showing fish as they stage for the spawn. Presentation has to be slow and small/medium. This week, I’ve been using lighter Ned jigs with Googan Rattlin Ned worms to good effect. Go slowly and thoroughly work an area before moving on.

Largemouth were up against the bank and under docks bedding. Spots were mostly on points with some under docks. Most seemed satisfied from shad spawn but managed to pull one largemouth off the back corner of a floating dock and a spot with a pearl Swimbait. White was the color of the day as we had several spots hit a white rattle trap.

Night fishing on Nottley for largemouth. Found them on a mixture of baits, but most of the good ones came on spinnerbaits and Texas rigged worms tighten against banks.
