Switching between steady retrieve all the way back and slower retrieve with rod twitches/half reel twitches for quick action. Golden shiner was working during overcast part of the day and green pumpkin shad during sunnier part of the day.

Bouncing squarebills across rocky banks/points got us a few fish in.
