Was just conversing with a local legend (Thomas A.) about how good that Spinnerbait is and was yesterday as well.. I got out there a little after 1:20pm.. lite rain, overcast was prime for blade baits. I slayed them pretty good. 5 pounders, at least 2 over 6lbs , some 4lbers, 3's on down to pound+.. the bite was so fierce I didn't want to leave.. Willis

Got on the water and we flipped wood on bluff walls next to points. My partner got big fish of the day; a 5lber on a Texas Rig. As the sun peaked in Post Frontal conditions, I moved on to flipping shallow heavy wood in creeks and points while my partner burned a squarebill. Not a ton of bites but we scrambled together a 5 fish limit of 21lbs.

Working an S-Waver quickly over shallow points and bluff walls on a quick outing. Single fish smashed it off of the wall on the pause. The new Bantam is solid and feels great for big baits and heavier duty applications.

Very windy today. I caught this 2.3 pounder bouncing a chatterbait off the bottom near a tree laydown.

It was a tough day with windy conditions. This fat lady ambushed the chatter bait just passed a dock piling. 3 pounds.
