Largemouth BassTechniqueWacky RigsSeasonSummerStructureDocksDocks with wood posts were key. Although few and far on this lake if you found them you could get a decent bag. Smallmouth and largemouth were both present with the largemouth being the most consistent.

Largemouth BassTechniqueBuzzbaitsSeasonFallStructureLaydownsThrowing a plain black buzzbait w/ gold blade and no trailer up shallow over submerged vegetation, around docks, and laydowns

Smallmouth BassTechniqueDrop ShotSeasonFallStructureRock PileWater temps seem still be a little warm for that major fall bite. Put numerous fish in the 3-5 pound range in the boat. All fish seemed to be tight to the bottom in 15-25 feet and dead sticking the drop hot would get them to eat it. No huge strikes it would just get heavy and they would all come up with muddy belly's.

Largemouth BassTechniqueMedium Diving Crankbaits (7'-12')SeasonFallStructurePointsHave to spend some time running the numerous points and look for grass in 7-12 feet that is still alive. You can use a crankbait or your electronics to find it. Usually it will have schools of bait close to the edges. Burn a crankbait over the top and if it gets hung give it a quick snap. They would hit as hit ticked the grass or on the snap. Numerous bass in the 3-5 pound class were brought to the boat along with a few Tiger Muskies.
