Oxbow trail is down almost 4 feet from normal pool. Milfoil is emerging on shallow flats. Found most fish near creek channels in 3-5 feet of water. Water clarity was 2-3 feet. Slightly turbid from recent runoff. Work drop shot or shakey heads along vegetation edges and next to cedar tree brush piles.
