Finished the MLF Choo-Choo Division as the AOY for co-anglers. The bite was super tough on Pickwick but was able to get a key bite close to the dam in slack water on a Sexy Dog. Thank you to the whole MLF BFL staff for putting on 5 great events in the Choo-Choo division this year.

Found fish in the back of creeks in every single place they should be. Keyed in on wood and grass mats where we could find it. Flipping wood and grass mats got some good bites. Walking frog and buzz bait around stumps, brush, bluff walls in the back creeks, and submerged shallow structure produced several 2 pounders. square bill crank got bit on rip rap. Cold front this week should push even more big fish up into the wood and onto the rocks.
