Found the big Smallmouth on the edges of the main lake structure travelling in groups. Using forward facing sonar we were able to track them down and make precision casts to those groups of fish. Most came on drop shot, tubes or jerkbaits.

Spent some time scouting smallmouth and largemouth spots for an upcoming tournament. Caught a few on ned rigs near the drop off around the sand flats in the middle of the lake. Look for largemouth anywhere you find pencil reeds or submerged weed beds around points.
