Consistent action but I had to get some bigger bites. I moved to the deepest Lilly pads and grass lines I could find and added a bullet weight and a long flourocarbon leader and instantly got bit by a solid fish and stayed on a school of cookie cutter 3lb bass on that weedline the rest of the morning. Texas rigged Berkley power worm with 20# braid. Added a small 1/8oz vmc bullet weight and 6ft seaguar AbrazX 20# flourocarbon leader. I liked the heavier leader in the Lilly pad stalks and the 1/8oz weight was just enough to get the ribbon tail to twirl on the fall. Let it hit bottom and wait for 10 seconds then a high lift off the bottom and let it fall back to bottom and repeat. Bites will most likely be in the first 3 lifts.
