Fish in picture came from pitching lay downs on the Potomac. Black blue & purple jig with a June bug trailer seems to work in the Potomac regardless of water clarity.

Fishing Mattawoman Creek off of the Potomac River. Started out at first light throwing War Eagle buzzbaits with Yum Tip toads in place of the skirt. We were retrieving the the buzz baits through the tops of Lilly pads on a high outgoing tide and it produced well.
