Largemouth BassTechniqueStructure JigsSeasonSummerStructureStanding TimberI was fishing standing timber in deeper water near channel swings that had shallow water close by. The bluegill were up spawning and the water was clear enough to see their beds. The bass were sitting in that deeper water just out from the bluegill beds waiting to ambush. Really cool pattern and fun fishing!
