Caught several on a popper, but the best bait was a weight/less stickbait. This is a shallow lake with a 10mph limit, perfect for kayak fishing.

The lake is pretty much lilly pads around the shore this year. I had lots of action throwing the frog up to shore and pulling it over the lilly pads. My biggest bass of the day, the 20.5" MONSTER shown in the pic came from fishing an inside corner that was shaded by trees. The pounded the chatter bait soon after it hit the water. WOOHOO!
