Largemouth were staged primarily up shallow. Some key areas included multiple inflow and outflow creek channels. A buzzbait was a good bait selection to stay above the thick vegetation.

Never fished this lake before. Tried various techniques, but ultimately had the most success pitching a wacky rig into laydowns. Managed to catch good numbers including this tank! A 5+ lb’er sitting in about a foot of water under a large branch. Another great day on the water! Good Luck!
