Slow day with only two small largemouth bass caught and one nice smallmouth that spat my jig out when it jumped. Then I found an outside grass edge near the boat ramp in a little under 20 ft of water that was full of fish. Caught a bunch of largemouth bass around 12in long in a short span. And then I caught this random catfish from the same spot, all on a drop shot.

Lake is currently down about 50 ft so there is really no " beating the banks" ! If you can find grass, thats where you will find the largemouth.

great day, found fish moving up in 4 to 6 ft feeding on the small bluegill and perch from this years spawn. used several baits the small swim jig dragged on the bottom in the bluegill finish produced the best,

Caught 3 nice smallmouth bass, 2 were near rip rap, in about 15ft of water. The bass were not actually in the big rocks themselves, but were nearby the rocks in a sandier/pebblier bottom. 1 smallmouth was near some standing timber. I also caught 2 small largemouth bass near standing timber in a cove.

Went right to fishing these at the rip rap of the dam,water depth around 15 feet, there was a lot of small perch and sunfish present, matched the bait with a 1/8 oz out cast perfect jig head in chartreuse. Let me say it was a good time.
