TechniqueBobbersSeasonSpring (Spawn)StructureDocksFish are starting to make beds. Use your electronics to scan out in front of the docks and zig zag the flats looking for the colonies of nests. Once you find them, mark them and anchor close. Slip bobbers and/or casting small jigs past the beds and slowly bringing across them has produced a bunch of nice fish. Make sure to release the large male gills. They are the most important fish to maintain a large size structure in the lake.

TechniqueFinesse JigsSeasonSummerStructureSubmerged VegetationSo much bait in the lake right now. Key was finding bait over grass edges topped out at 10 to 12 in 18 to 20 ft. Throwing into the bait and pulling it through the grass letting it fall occasionally and watching them follow it out the edge and crush it on livescope. Absolute thing of beauty.
