Jackhammer color was actually the morning dawn with the morning dawn zako trailer….had the let the jackhammer sink for about 5-6 seconds and slow retrieve….this 17.5” smoked it…caught 5-6 like this….day was all over the place, caught them on wackys, neko, drop shot, and had one early blow up on a frog over lily pads but I didn’t wait long enough to set the hook

Pitched the neko rig near a dock by a pontoon boat….5mm Vmc rings are a little big I believe for the janitor…lost a few that slipped out of that size so I will try the 4mm size next time out, basically let it sink to the bottom and twitched a few times and paused then did a few lift and drops….both actions worked…caught 3 today on the neko…5-6 on jackhammers, 1 drop shot and a couple on wacky

Had to fish Inside the weed line towards shore….this one was on the corner of a dock…on the other side of the lake you had to fish the weed line outside away from shore as it was deeper. All in 4-6 feet of water
