Another great day on Salem Lake, realize you're not pulling hogs, but you are going to have fun fishing. It's a small lake, so it's already 65 degree water. The bass are ready to bite. This dark beauty was 3.13lbs and 19 inches. Hit on my fourth cast of the day. It was a good fight the whole way in. I had 4 in total for the day. If you're looking for a good day of fishing on a quiet lake, this is the place to go. Lots of submerged braches and weeds on the banks. Water is starting to clear as well.

This is a mainstay for me every time I'm on this lake. I like to get in the grass patches along the shore and next to logs. I always pull a couple of bass on this setup. Best of luck!
