Flipping cypress trees and laydowns. Bite was slow due to the pre-front coming through Louisiana. 12 mph winds, temperatures around 41 and water temps still cool around 50 degrees.

The crappie are starting to move up around cypress trees getting ready to spawn. Throwing a white/red jig around cypress trees is almost a guarantee to get your limit. Water temps around the upper fifties with most days cloudy. Outside temps mid day around 60 degrees with a 8-10pm high wind.
