The lake is high and there are large numbers of bass pushed up in the flooded timber and old shoreline brush. Start early with a popper above the flooded grass to catch feeding fish in the morning. Then, transition to flipping brush in 8-12 FOW as the sun rises. You will also find large numbers of un-pressured fish in the shallow flooded areas if you can get back there. Work through the flooded trees looking for heavy shade with laydowns.
