I looked for winter holes in the main river channel with a deep cut and fished the 1st bush or tree going in , main lake I stuck to the 45degree rock that I could land my bait on the rock and let it slide down the rock . Fish are in post spawn conditions, big fish mostly 3lbs largemouth . Upper River waters Chocolate milkshakes moving its way down to Maine lake . Sufix 20lb or 25 lb was key to set the hook . Have fun and be safe on the water .
