Seem to be in mostly the deeper pockets in rapids. Just throw the Ned out and let it sink the the bottom of the river.

Was up near Hamburg and was running this spinner through the rapids and worked well that day.

Definitely slowed down so there in post spawn, rivers a little high so just was dead sticking the Ned on the bottom.

River was still high but still was able to use the Ned rig. Didn't seem like color mattered.

The water was high so use a heavier weight and cast into the channel. Let it roll down the rocks.

Rolling it down the current in between the Rocks should work. You can also throw shallow onto the bank.
